How Lush is Green Valley

So I was reading where gorgeous George met Sarah, decided I like the girl's spirit, and looked up where they met. Not knowing Vegas, really don't know if this Green Valley Hotel is the one with the bar, but it made me think. I know we don't have the weather or anything, but even if we did, Skegness would need a massive makeover to get anywhere near this. It just wouldn't would it. So is this just for the beautiful people?
